If you want fast, accurate and meaningful chart audits with customized training you've come to the right place. Our auditing team can provide your practice with the following:

We charge a fair price per chart with discounts for larger audits. We reccomend you have an outside audit at least twice per year and that each physician in the practive have a representative sampling (~10 charts per doctor).
This is what you will need to gather. Of course all patient and physician information should be redacted per HIPAA regulations.
